- Nada Armanious
The master of craftsmanship, Zuhair Murad, debuted his namesake brand’s Fall-Winter 2023/2024 couture collection at Haute Couture Week in Paris today. The fashion show took place at the architectural masterpiece Hôtel Potocki, with a royal interior that was quite pertaining with the collection’s aesthetic.

This collection had no shortage of breathtaking silhouettes. From high-shoulder cream gowns to color-contrasting cape-like dresses, pieces were both bold and feminine and soft. We also saw florals, lace, plumage, and mesh that created the outfit shape of dreams.

Of course, we cannot talk Zuhair Murad without poeticizing the embroidery work. The epitome of handmade embroidery was reflected in crisp suits, dresses, and short dresses paired with train-capes.

The House describes the show as “a realm of mystery where the unseen is revealed by a gentle burst of light, shimmering stars, suspended between the realms of dreams, and reality, memories, sumptuous gatherings, which in their elegance recall ancient sabbaths were freedom reigns supreme”.
