The venue, Triennale Milano, was chosen for its shared identity and values with Gucci. Both are committed to fostering open, inclusive cultural dialogue while blending art, design, architecture, and contemporary perspectives. The space was transformed into a series of long, colorful corridors, culminating in the signature Gucci Rosso Ancora. With hues reminiscent of a summer sunset, each room was painted in a different tone, creating an immersive and singular experience.

Creative Director Sabato De Sarno envisioned a collection that blurred the lines between men’s and women’s wardrobes, showcasing trousers cut over sneakers and merging tailored menswear elements with feminine silhouettes. The color palette included shades of grey, Gucci Rosso Ancora, white, green, and orange. The designs featured 1960s-inspired shapes, such as structured jackets, shorts, and A-line skirts. The collection epitomized practical elegance, incorporating materials like denim, leather, tank tops, and lingerie.

The standout piece of the show was the Gucci Bamboo 1947 handbag, presented in its original design but enhanced with contemporary details. Expert artisans worked with leather, lacquer, and Plexiglas to create this masterpiece. The Gucci Bamboo 1947 also inspired jewelry, complementing flowing jersey dresses with 1990s-inspired square-toe platforms. New handbags featuring bamboo accents appeared in mini silhouettes, along with the Gucci 73 bucket bag with its iconic Horsebit detail and the brand-new Gucci Go bag. In a breathtaking collaboration to celebrate Gucci’s 60 years in Japan, Japanese artists reimagined the Gucci Bamboo 1947, adding a special touch to the collection.

In terms of footwear and accessories, the Horsebit motif adorned platforms, creepers, ballerinas, and ankle boots. Wrap-around sunglasses with gradient lenses, matching the collection’s colors, added a sleek finish. The iconic Gucci Flora foulard made a striking appearance, styled as a headscarf to complete the look.
