This March, Salvaje Dubai introduces El Eid Weekend Rituals, a multi-sensory dining concept where refined gastronomy gradually transforms into high-energy celebration. Designed as more than a dinner and more than a party, the experience brings together Japanese precision and Latin American intensity in a format that evolves throughout the night.

Set against immersive entertainment, dynamic soundscapes, and Salvaje’s signature Japanese–Latin American cuisine, each evening builds in rhythm, moving from curated dining moments into an electric after-dark atmosphere. The concept reflects the brand’s ritual-driven philosophy, where cuisine, music, and performance unfold as part of a single, carefully choreographed experience.

The weekend begins on Thursday, 19 March, with the Signature Ritual featuring live musicians who set the tone early in the evening, followed by a DJ as the energy rises. The à la carte menu remains at the centre of the experience, allowing guests to move seamlessly between dining and celebration.

On Friday, 20 March, the ritual continues with live band performances paired with DJ sets, creating an atmosphere that shifts naturally from refined dinner service into a vibrant nightlife setting. The combination of sound, flavour, and movement defines the rhythm of the night.

Saturday, 21 March introduces a more dynamic tempo with DJ beats and live saxophone, turning the space into a high-voltage celebration as the evening progresses. The following night, Sunday, 22 March, closes the weekend with Suave Jazz Night, where Latin jazz melodies and Afro-Latin grooves create a smoother, more indulgent atmosphere without losing the signature Salvaje energy.

With El Eid Weekend Rituals, Salvaje presents a weekend where cuisine, music, and atmosphere move as one — transforming traditional dining into an immersive ritual shaped by sound, flavour, and celebration.
