The emerging community developer, People & Places (P&P), has proudly announced a strategic contract with RedCon Construction, one of Egypt’s leading construction firms, involving a substantial investment of EGP 500 million. This agreement centers on the construction of the structural framework and external finishes for the first phase of “The Waterfall Village,” designed by Alchemy Architecture. RedCon’s proven expertise and exemplary track record ensure efficient, high-quality construction, with a projected completion timeframe of 18 months.

Rough grading for the first phase of The Med’s Gray Cabanas is now complete, with the skeleton construction nearing completion. For the Mediterranean Villas, rough grading is almost finished, with a contractor awarded and structural work already in progress. Rough grading for the Waterfall Village has reached 40% completion, and RedCon will now undertake the construction of this phase, prioritizing sustainable practices.
