That decision set the foundation for what would become a journey of continuous growth and achievement. Over the years, we expanded into key areas like Sharm El Sheikh and Sheikh Zayed, launched projects in the UK, and developed landmark communities such as Karma and Arkan Plaza – consistently pushing boundaries. Our most recent and ambitious endeavor, 205, brings together world-class expertise, with a masterplan by Gensler, detailed design by Dar Al-Handasah, and MEP by Shaker. This milestone is not just about honoring our past—it’s about looking forward, redefining the future, and building a legacy that endures.

These principles have kept us ahead of the curve, allowing us to deliver on schedule, adapt with agility, and set new industry benchmarks.

We wanted the celebration to be a true reflection of our identity—deeply rooted in Egyptian heritage yet forward-looking and globally connected. This vision came to life through a special orchestral performance by international soprano Fatma Said, accompanied by maestro Marcus Merkel and developed by RMC. Fatma’s artistry perfectly captured the balance we sought to achieve, seamlessly blending Egyptian culture into the broader narrative of globalization and multiculturalism. Her performance echoed the essence of 205—a development designed to bring diverse influences together in a seamless and dynamic way.

Its prime location in West Cairo, state-of-the-art acoustics, and meticulously designed seating created an unparalleled setting. Every detail—from the atmosphere to the experience—was designed to reflect the significance of the occasion, ensuring a celebration worthy of our legacy.
