When Caribbean Spirit Meets Latin-Japanese Ritual: Tamoka and Salvaje Dubai Unite for a One-Night Four-Hands Dinner

For one night only, two distinct culinary worlds will move in rhythm. On 10 February, Tamoka and Salvaje Dubai come together for an exclusive Four-Hands Dinner — a collaborative experience that celebrates flavour, energy, and cultural exchange at its most expressive.
Set within Salvaje Dubai’s dramatic setting overlooking the Burj Khalifa, the evening brings the vibrant soul of the Caribbean into conversation with Salvaje’s bold Latin-Japanese philosophy. The result is a carefully choreographed dining journey where technique, atmosphere, and emotion unfold course by course.
Tamoka is known for transporting guests to the Antillean islands through vibrant flavours, live music, and an unmistakable beachside spirit. Salvaje, by contrast, is ritual-driven and high-energy — rooted in Latin American intensity and refined through Japanese precision. For this special collaboration, chefs from both concepts step into the kitchen together, crafting a single, shared menu that reflects both identities without compromise.
Guests will experience a four-course, eight-dish set menu served sharing-style, priced at AED 495 per person. Each course presents two dishes designed to create dialogue between Caribbean vibrancy and Salvaje’s refined depth. The journey begins with red snapper tiradito accented by confit aji amarillo sauce, annatto oil, and finger lime, alongside a refreshing composition of compressed cucumber, hibiscus gel, jicama, and citrus oil.
The second course introduces playful contrasts, from aji de gallina temaki with Japanese rice, hazelnut mayo, and shiso leaves, to cod fish zarandeado paired with momoja garlic and roasted maduro plantain purée. Deeper flavours follow in the third course, where slow-cooked short ribs with guajillo chilli smoke sauce meet grilled octopus served with yuca and sansho pepper purée, black truffle, and burnt bell pepper sauce.
Dessert closes the evening on a nostalgic yet unexpected note, featuring a traditional flan with buckwheat crumble, caramelised persimmon, and soy sauce ice cream, alongside corn flour alfajores filled with dulce de leche.
Elevated by live music, flowing cocktails, and Salvaje’s immersive ambience, the Four-Hands Dinner becomes more than a meal — it is a celebration of culture, sound, and shared creativity. Playful, bold, and unapologetically expressive, the collaboration invites Dubai’s dining community to witness two culinary philosophies in conversation, united by instinct and craft.
The Tamoka x Salvaje Dubai Four-Hands Dinner takes place one night only on 10 February 2026, from 8:00 PM, at Salvaje Dubai, Opera District, Address Residences, Downtown Dubai. Priced at AED 495 per person, the four-course, eight-dish experience is offered in limited availability. Reservations are strongly recommended.
