Georges Hobeika presented its Ready-to-Wear Spring 2025 runway show, celebrating the contemporary femininity that inspires every creation by the Maison. The show unfolded under a theme inspired by the wild and exotic realms of crocodiles and snakes, creatures symbolizing the powerful duality of strength and adaptability in nature.
This duality, embodied by their resilience, also mirrors the human experience. As we constantly draw inspiration from our environment, we adapt to changing circumstances, shedding what no longer serves us. This concept of transformation, intertwined with beauty and self-love, became the driving force behind the collection, celebrating the beauty of evolution.
The collection’s intricate details reflect this process, showcasing the Maison’s signature embroidery and thread-work to create new textures and structures. Flowers took center stage in various shapes and forms, alongside patterns mimicking crocodile skin and other animal textures. The floral motif extended to accessories, with shoes and bags adorned with 3D fabric flowers, enhancing the collection’s organic, evolving narrative.
